don't send your return without contacting us beforehand. Without
the proper Return Authorization Number your return shipment might be
refused, routed the the wrong department, or worst yet, lost!
Even if none of these things happen to your return shipment, the lack of a Return Authorization Number will result in your refund taking longer to process.

Once you
have received your RA Number, package your return in its original
packaging materials or a suitable shipping box and note the RA Number on
the outside of the shipping container.
NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for returns damaged in shipment. Please use suitable shipping materials and padding. Please do not send your return in a padded envelope.

We suggest
you ship your return via UPS (preferred) or U.S. Postal Mail. If
you select U.S. Mail as your shipping method, please request Delivery
Confirmation Service as we are not responsible for packages lost in
transit.
We will notify you that we have received your return on the day we receive it. Based on information you provided at the time you requested your Return Authorization Number, we will either ship you a replacement or exchange, or issue a refund to your credit card within two business days of having received your return. |
