Holiday Shopping Spree - Official Drawing Rules

Eligibility Requirements
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. No purchase necessary. Drawing is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and Canada, who have internet access with a valid email address, and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Resellers, including, but not limited to, distributors, salons, retailers, etc., shall not be eligible for this drawing.  Employees of Jean-Pierre-Creations.com (House of Jean-Pierre, Inc.), its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and the families of each are not eligible.

Individuals must complete the entire entry form, including the questions, for the submission to be valid. The answers to the questions will not be used to determine the winners. Entries will be void if illegible. Limit one entry per person or valid email address.

Drawing Deadline
All entries must be received no later than midnight Eastern Time Zone, November 30, 2000. Surveys received after that time and date will not be eligible for the drawing. All entries are the property of Jean-Pierre-Creations.com (House of Jean-Pierre, Inc.) and will not be returned or acknowledged. 

The Prize
The winner will receive one certificate for a "Jean-Pierre-Creations.com Shopping Spree" valued at $300 towards the merchandise of their choice (excluding gift certificates). The certificate is only valid for purchases on the Jean-Pierre-Creations.com web site and must be used within 60 days from the date of issue. No cash substitutes or transfer of prize shall be permitted.

Jean-Pierre-Creations.com will ship the selected merchandise to the winner free of charge, via UPS, U.S. Postal Service, or other appropriate shipping method. Split shipments will not be permitted.

Awarding of the Prize
One Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held on or about Friday, December 1, 2000 at approximately 5:00 PM Eastern Time. All decisions are final and binding. The total number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. 

The winner will be notified by the email within two (2) business days of the drawing date. If the selected winner cannot be contacted for any reason (within 15 business days from drawing date), is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, or where required, fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. 

Other Conditions
Jean-Pierre-Creations.com shall not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, or ineligible. 

By entering this drawing, the participant agrees to indemnify and hold Jean-Pierre-Creations.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotion agencies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this drawing.  

Jean-Pierre-Creations.com shall not be responsible for making individual legal determinations of each participant. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. This Drawing is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Any and all disputes regarding this drawing shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

All drawing entrants, by their participation, agree to be bound by these Official Drawing Rules and entry constitutes permission to use entrants and/or winner's name, city, state, and comments for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

Jean-Pierre-Creations.com reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, and any subsequent entries of the disqualified entrant. The decisions of Jean-Pierre-Creations.com are final in all matters relating to this drawing.

Winners
The name of the winner will be posted on the Jean-Pierre-Creations.com website for 60 days after the winner has been drawn.
