When to Expect Your Order

All orders are typically shipped from our warehouse located in Newburyport,  Massachusetts within one business day from the day we receive your order.  

Unless you have specified otherwise, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service.

To determine the total time it will take for your order to arrive to your shipping address refer to the UPS Ground Service - Time in Transit Map below and add the one business day to the total in-transit time.  Please note the UPS delivers only on weekdays.  If the total number of in-transit days ends on a weekend or holiday, UPS will deliver the following business day.

You place your order on a Monday.  Your order is being shipped to Chicago, IL.  

UPS Ground Example 2
You place your order on a Friday.  Your order is being shipped to Los Angeles, CA.

If you selected UPS Second Day Air Service (additional charges apply) when you placed your order your order will arrive 3 business days from the date you place your order.

UPS Second Day Air Example 1
You place your order on a Monday.  Your order is being shipped to Chicago, IL.  

UPS Second Day Air Example 2
You place your order on a Friday.  Your order is being shipped to Los Angeles, CA.

If you selected UPS Next Day Air Service (additional charges apply) when you placed your order your order will arrive 2 business days from the date you place your order.

You place your order on a Monday.  Your order is being shipped to Chicago, IL.
