If you are not 100% convinced that you have purchased the finest hairbrush available during the first 30 days you use our product, you can return it, exchange it for another product, or get a refund, you decide - not us.  If you decide to send the product back for a refund, you have our promise that we will cheerfully refund your purchase price--no hassles, no hard time!  

What's the catch?  There is none.  The only thing we ask in return, is for your feedback.  In order to further improve our products and services we need to know why the product did not meet your expectations.  We'll ask only two questions;

The 100% Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to purchases made from this site and does not apply to products purchased through any Retailer, Wholesaler, Hair Styling Salon, or Mail Order Catalog.  The Lifetime Warranty Against Defect in Materials and Workmanship  covers the end user of the product against product failure when the product is used for it's intended purpose. Warranty claims arising from improper use, abuse, modification, or general wear and tear, will be rejected.   Distributors, Retailers, Resellers and those persons and/or organizations that use the product in commercial settings, such as but not limited to, Hair Stylists, Hairdressers, Salons, Cosmetology Schools or other training institutes are excluded from warranties listed herein unless otherwise specified.
